When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Orders ship within two days, usually within 24 hours. Some items may be delayed due to the location of the item.

UPS 3 Day $21.95.
UPS 2 Day $68.75.

USPS Priority Shipping free for orders over $500.
All shipments include handling and insurance charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges on all products except underwear and intimate items. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, in new condition and within 14 days of order delivery.
Upon request, we will send a USPS Priority Mail return label via email or US mail within 1 business day. Returns will be credited upon arrival and exchanges will ship within one business day.
Customer must contact customer support us to receive a return label and information.

We want you to love what you ordered. If for whatever reason our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Sorry, but we cannot accept a return or an exchange on an item that has been altered in any way, worn or is damaged. We will credit your original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item(s). Original shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refunded when returning an item.
If you do not have a return label please contact our offices for a pre-paid return label at 561-824-2405. Return labels are processed by our customer service department during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, EST.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four business days of our receipt of the return. This time period includes our processing the return and your credit card company's delay in posting the credit to your account.
Some states require that we automatically apply sales tax to your order if the shipping address is within one of those states.
